TopDeal.Day is operated by COIN TRUE, INC, incorporated in 2021. We are an independent buyer, not a broker and not a marketplace. Sellers send us excess inventory, customer returns and removal orders; we count it, pay for it, and resell it to households in Texas. There is no third party in the middle and no consignment.

Our receiving sites are working warehouses, not retail floors, so the street addresses are not published. Sellers get the receiving address when they accept an offer; buyers get the pickup address when a purchase is confirmed.

SEC-03 / HOW WE WORK

Four commitments we hold ourselves to.

01We count everythingEvery lot is counted and photographed on arrival, then reconciled against the manifest. The seller gets that report whether it favors us or not.
02We say the terms up frontPayment is on received quantity and actual condition. That is on the sell page, in the offer email, and in the agreement — not buried in one of them.
03We keep seller data privateWe never publish supplier names, brands, ASINs or unit prices. The receiving log on our homepage shows categories, quantities and status only.
04Buyers inspect before payingOpen the box at pickup. Condition is stated on every listing and priced accordingly.

We buy overstock, customer returns, excess inventory and removal orders from independent sellers who choose to sell to us. Platform names appear on this site only to describe where inventory came from.
