Yes. Message us on the listing or email us, and we'll confirm a window and send the address. There is no walk-in showroom yet.
Can I inspect the item first?02
Yes. Open the box, plug it in, check it. Pay only after you've looked at it.
What condition is the merchandise in?03
Every listing states the tier: new and sealed, open box, used, or damaged. Overstock, customer returns and excess inventory — priced accordingly.
Returns?04
Sales are final because you inspect before paying. If an item was described wrong, tell us within 48 hours and we'll make it right.
How do I pay?05
Cash or Zelle at pickup. No deposits, no wire transfers, no payment before you see the item.
